Looking to have just gotten herself out of bed,  Ashley Tisdale was spotted grabbing up an iced beverage from Coffee Bean on Friday morning. Wearing Nike high-tops and her workout gear, the “Aliens In the Attic” actress then headed off to her Toluca Lake gym to work off a few calories ahead of the day’s agenda.

In related news, Miss Tisdale was recently confirmed to be among the stars attending George Lopez’s Haiti relief concert benefit taking place next Thursday, February 4th. Held at the Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE in Los Angeles, other guests will include Ashley’s “High School Musical” co-stars Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens, as well as LA Lakers star Kobe Bryant.

Forget free weights Ashley Tisdale was juggling her BlackBerry and a water bottle during a recent gym outing. The starlet hit up Equinox in West Hollywood with her trainer, and was spotted adjusting her stationary bike and sipping on Fiji water. Tisdale, in a gray tank top and white pants, did her cardio after getting comfortable with the equipment, but kept typing away as she peddled.

• Michelle Williams doesn't browse on an empty stomach! In Park City, Utah, for the Sundance Film Festival, the Blue Valentine actress picked up Woolrich John Rich & Bros. parkas, along with costar Ryan Gosling, at the Variety Studio on Main Street. But their crew was so hungry, they ordered burgers and fries from the nearby MySpace Café, an onlooker says, and sat down and ate before scoping out the wares. Also at Sundance: Kristen Bell, who's in town supporting boyfriend Dax Shepard with his movie The Freebie. The actress dropped by the Wii Fit Plus Fitness Club at the Yard, where John Legend and his girlfriend were also spotted, for some virtual play time. • Kevin Jonas and new bride Danielle Deleasa were browsing at the Guess by Marciano store inside the Garden State Plaza in Paramus, N.J., but the two didn't find any clothes that spoke to them – though a fan did! The rocker was approached by an admirer from outside the store, who ran in to congratulate the new couple on their recent nuptials. Still, after 20 minutes of looking, the Jonases left empty-handed. • Michelle Obama, ordering a Kobe burger at The Cheesecake Factory in McLean, Va. The First Lady arrived with six secret service guys and was led to a private area in the restaurant to enjoy her meal.

Juggling a crate full off coffees from Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, Ashley Tisdale heads back to her car before driving off for some meetings on Wednesday morning (January 27) in Toluca Lake, Calif. The 24-year-old actress wasn’t too happy to hear that she had a cavity when she visited the dentist the other day.

Ash tweeted, “On my way to the dentist :/……have to get a cavity done. Not to excited. Ok the Novocaine I can handle its the drilling part that scares the crap out of me!!! Reminds me why I hated acrylic nails.”

Loving the sunshine, Ashley Tisdale heads out to lunch at a local cafe in Toluca Lake, Calif., on Monday afternoon (January 25).

The 24-year-old actress was among the many who welcomed Microsoft founder Bill Gates to Twitter last week. Ash posted on her own Twitter account, “@BillGates Welcome to twitter!!! Its amazing what you and your foundation do! Xoxo.”Earlier last year, Ashley performed a concert at grand opening of the Microsoft store in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Keeping busy over the weekend,  Ashley Tisdale was spotted swinging by Barneys in Los Angeles on Sunday. With StarzLife photogs catching the Disney darling in action, Tizzie headed into the popular shopping spot to pick up a few wardrobe needs.

Earlier in the day, the “Aliens In the Attic” actress rolled into the local Coffee Bean with her two curly haired little dogs for a morning pick-me-up. Tweeting the whole way through, Ashley wrote, “loves that its sunny out.....yay!!! now im finally gonna go outside after staying in all last week!” Speaking out for the Haiti relief efforts, Miss Tisdale added, “Felt so good to be apart of helping others in such devastation. Anything you can do to help Haiti, please do! Everything counts!”

In addition to Zac Efron and Robert Pattinson, BFFs Ashley Tisdale and Vanessa Hudgens are also joining the Hope For Haiti Telethon. Thanks to EOnline, the duo are expected to be lending their support and time to the telethon set to take over every network THIS Friday @ 8PM ET/PT.

Nick Jonas revealed to MTV that he’s shuffling his own schedule to lend his time too. He shared, “Because it’s not confirmed, I can’t necessarily share it just yet. I think that the main thing to remember is we can all do something whether it’s a little bit or a lot. I’m willing and ready to help if I can in any way. I definitely feel for the people in Haiti.”

Taylor Swift also told the Tennessean that she couldn’t pass this opportunity up to help out. T shared, “I’ve never actually worked a phone bank before. But I want to do everything I can to help out this horrible situation. I’m passionate about this. This one was an immediate yes.”

Ashley was last seen grabbing her favorite iced blend of coffee at Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf in Toluca Lake on Saturday afternoon. “It is pouring! But no storm can rain on my parade! So excited for my Nylon shoot today!” Ash tweeted this afternoon.
