All the pretty young things turned out Friday night for the 7th Annual Teen Vogue Young Hollywood Party held at Milk Studios in L.A. (Are we the only ones who can't help but think "Lauren Conrad" when we hear the words "Teen Vogue Young Hollywood Party"?) Anyway, dark was the dress code for many up-and-comers at the soiree including a pair of "New Moon" stars.Noot Seear, who plays preternaturally beautiful vampire Heidi in the upcoming sequel, worked a gauzy white tank and a black, zip-front leather skirt while costar Taylor Lautner looked handsome (does this kid ever make a fashion misstep?) in a classic black suite and white button-up.Continuing the supernatural powers theme, Disney wizard Selena Gomez conjured herself long hair (okay, we know they're extensions), looking magical in a silky, two-tone black and gray top, matching black skirt and black blazer. And we're loving the chunky, mirrored belt, by the way. Selena's Mouse House sister Ashley Tisdale also opted for a dark shade (perhaps to set-off her newly lightened locks), wearing a Kate Moss for TopShop studded dress. Rounding out the adorable trifecta was Miranda Cosgrove who sported a little less of the midnight shade in her flirty cream-colored D&G dress with black bow patterning.Don't think "Twilight" Taylor was the only guy looking fly on the red carpet. Singer Jesse McCartney was also dressed to impressed, showing up in a similar outfit, though he opted for a charcoal gray jacket, as was "90210" bad boy Matt Lanter (above, left), looking hot in a gray sweater and ice blue tie. Just one of the West Bev kids on the red carpet, Matt was joined by former costar Dustin Milligan, wearing an interesting looking navy jacket and probably one of the best accessories of the night — girlfriend Jessica Stroup in a black jumpsuit. Fellow femme fatale Jessica Lowndes also looked stunning in her black and white strapless dress.

And giving us a reprieve from the evening's inky hues was "Bandslam" actress and 78violet singer Aly Michalka (above), looking cute (though slightly Laura Ingalls Wilder-esque) in her pink, floral-printed frock.

Ashley Tisdale’s second single has been officially announced! The 24-year-old singer will release club-hopping “Crank It Up” in Europe on October 17th! The physical single will also include bonus tracks “Time’s Up” and “Blame it on the Beat.”

Ashley Tisdale keeps it cool in her turquoise sunglasses as she lunches with mom Lisa at Studio Cafe on Wednesday afternoon (September 23) in Studio City, Calif.

Yesterday night, the 24-year-old actress enjoyed herself at BFF Miley Cyrus’s Staples Center concert. She tweeted, “Had so much fun and @mileycyrus concert last night, so proud!”

Ashley Tisdale lent her hard work and her father to build a brand new home for a Missouri family in need.

The Hampton family lived in cramped conditions, with only one bedroom and one bath in a cottage for eight people. The couple care for their four nieces and nephews as well as their own two children.

Ashley’s father, Mike, works as a carpenter and together with a team of workers built the new home for an upcoming episode of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, to be aired on Sunday 4th October at 8pm on ABC. Ashley also performed a concert for the neighborhood following completion of the house!

She’s always doing whatever she can to look her best, and yesterday (September 16) Ashley Tisdale was spotted at a fitness center.

The “High School Musical” hottie looked fit and fine as she made her exit from the Equinox Gym in West Hollywood to find a few shutterbugs waiting in the distance.

And it sounds like Miss Tisdale had quite the eventful day yesterday as she tweeted her to-do list to her many loyal followers.

Ashley revealed, “Hello tweeters!!!!! running errands today and the starting the “hair process”…..pics soon to come. Off to the gym! Then gettin my hair did.”

She is best known for her role as scheming Sharpay in the High School Musical trilogy. But she's out to change that - there's her new movie Aliens in the Attic which was shot in Coatesville, northwest of Auckland last year. And she's got her own album out soon - Guilty Pleasure. It reveals a sexier side of the 24-year-old singer - the cover features her in a tight black skirt and semi-revealing top - and her inspirations for the album's music include the likes of My Chemical Romance...

What are the challenges in trying to create your own identity apart from the character Sharpay in the High School Musical series? I wouldn't be there if it wasn't for those projects, but I feel that dyeing my hair back to its original colour, this is originally what I look like ... and it does separate me from that in a way, because everybody really knows me as the blond bubbly character, and this is a different side.

Do you feel like there's a delicate balance between going more adult and keeping your young fans? I don't feel pressure because I'm not trying to be something that I'm not. ... I'm not perfect, I'm not trying to be perfect, and if people and fans like me for who I am, that's just amazing. With the first album, I was trying to cater to young fans and the kids, and also an older group, and with this album, it's like I said, it's a reflection of where I am in my life right now.

Ashley Tisdale aspires to be like her mother. The High School Musical actress doesn’t have any interest in emulating her favorite actors, but would love to follow in her mother Lisa Tisdale’s footsteps. “My mom is very confident, and she was always a role model of mine. I never really looked up to celebrities when I was young.” What a far cry from Lindsay Lohan’s role model!

Actress-and-singer Ashley also revealed that she has inherited her mother’s work ethic and fighting spirit: “I definitely work hard at stuff. I never give up on things. If I’m going to do something, I’m going to go a hundred per cent into it just like my mom.”

Ashley recently admitted she knew she wanted to be famous from an early age: “I grew up in the business since I was three years old so I’ve always kind of been in front of the camera and grew up in commercials and I knew that I wanted to do it no matter what, I just loved it.”

Ashley Tisdale threw on her glad rags for the 61st Primetime Creative Arts EMMY Awards at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles Saturday. Tisdale, 24, recently revealed her mother Lisa is her perfect role model.

“I never really looked up to celebrities when I was young,” she said. “My mom is very confident and she was always a role model of mine.

“I definitely work hard at stuff. I never give up on things. If I’m gonna do something, I’m gonna go a hundred percent into it  just like my mom.”
