Ashley Tisdale had been tweeting up a storm later about her adventure to New York City (on Monday, she wrote, Just landed woo hoo!!! Now your in New York, these streets will make u feel brand new, the lights will inspire you.and now we know why: she got to celebrate Halloween .in November.

The actress, singer and full-time fashionista was Spotted! wearing a black and gold frock as she co-hosted M magazine's 2009 Hollywood Halloween event at Marquee. We're not quite sure why the teen mag waited a whole two weeks after the festive holiday to throw a big bash, but, then again, you should never need an excuse to put on a costume.  Check out who else MTV Spotted!, including  dining with a lady and  at London's Radio One.
